Course objectives
To provide the notions relating to the mechanisms of action of deep brain stimulation (DBS), the principles of DBS programming, the clinical indications in neurology, the patient selection and the follow-up.
Fornire le nozioni relative ai meccanismi di funzionamento della stimolazione cerebrale profonda (DBS), i principi della programmazione dei sistemi di stimolazione, le differenti indicazioni cliniche della DBS in ambito neurologico, la selezione del pazienti, la gestione del follow-up.
