Course delivery
In order to graduate, Students are expected to prepare an experimental work, under the supervision of a teacher belonging to the Biotechnology for Neuroscience Faculty or to the Faculty of the Department of Neuroscience ‘Rita Levi Montalcini’ (main supervisor). It is possible to have a second supervisor or a co-supervisor external to the Board. Additional thesis advisors involved in the preparation of the thesis or advisors failing the above conditions can only act as co-supervisors. Only the main thesis supervisor is formally required for the submission of the thesis, additional advisors being optional. The activities necessary for thesis preparation take place in two differenent periods, during the second year of course. The execution of these activities must be certified to the Job Placement office by the main supervisor, no later than one month before the date of graduation.
Per conseguire la laurea gli Studenti dovranno preparare un lavoro sperimentale, sotto la supervisione di un docente afferente alla Facoltà di Biotecnologie per le Neuroscienze o alla Facoltà del Dipartimento di Neuroscienze “Rita Levi Montalcini” (relatore principale). È possibile avere un secondo supervisore o un correlatore esterno al Consiglio. Ulteriori relatori coinvolti nella preparazione della tesi o relatori che non soddisfano le condizioni sopra indicate possono svolgere solo la funzione di correlatori. Per la presentazione della tesi è formalmente richiesto solo il relatore principale della tesi, i consulenti aggiuntivi sono facoltativi. Le attività necessarie alla preparazione della tesi si svolgono in due periodi diversi, durante il secondo anno di corso. Lo svolgimento di tali attività dovrà essere certificato all'Ufficio Job Placement dal responsabile principale, entro e non oltre un mese prima della data di conseguimento del titolo.Suggested readings and bibliography
