Course objectives
The aim of the module is to provide students with a brain-based account of social perception and social judgement (interpersonal and group level) even through practical activities.Il modulo intende fornire le basi teoriche e metodologiche dei processi di regolazione del giudizio sociale (interpersonale e di gruppo) anche tramite esercitazioni pratiche nell’ambito delle neuroscienze sociali.

To learn the theoretical efforts on social perception and social influence

To learn and understand methods concerning the analyses of the processes underlying the social perception and social judgement in the social neuroscience

The Social Psychology module will provide students with the cognitive processes underlying the making impression and deception. Thus, stereotyping, prejudice and social influence (conformity and obedience) will be analysed at a group level.Attraverso il modulo di Psicologia Sociale lo studente analizzerà i processi cognitivi e sociali sottostanti alla formazione delle impressioni e dell’inganno. Inoltre saranno esaminati tra i fenomeni di gruppo la stereotipizzazione, il pregiudizio e l’influenza sociale (conformismo e obbedienza).
