Course objectives
The objective of the Course will be to give the students a good acquaintance of the mechanism of interaction between electromagnetic or mechanical waves and neurons.
Furthermore the Course aims to provide students with knowledge about the main neuromodulation techniques, both non-invasive (TMS, tES) and invasive (DBS, VNS, SCS, IDD).

At the end of the Course students will be able to know the theoretical basis of the main non-invasive brain stimulation techniques and the principal invasive electric and chemical techniques to modulate the Nervous System along with their clinical indications and outcomes.
